Maintaining Memory Skills Group (Mondays)

Our Maintaining Memory Skills Group (MMS) is designed for individuals living with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) who want to stay engaged, learn new strategies, and build confidence after diagnosis.

Participants engage in guided cognitive activities, gentle movement, and educational activities in a fun, supportive environment that promotes independence and connection.

Participation Requirement:
Individuals must be able to interact socially with peers, follow group activities, and participate in shared discussions. Mutual engagement and encouragement are essential to the group experience.

Please note:
This closed group, with limited capacity, is designed to ensure consistency, comfort, and meaningful connection among participants.

Maintaining Memory Skills Support Group (Fridays)

Our MMS Support Group offers a welcoming space for individuals with Mild Cognitive Impairment to connect with others navigating similar experiences. This group focuses on peer support, shared conversation, and emotional well-being, rather than structured learning.

Participants are encouraged to share, listen, and support one another in a relaxed, judgment-free setting where friendships can grow and no one feels alone.

Participation Requirement:
Participants must be able to engage socially in a group setting and contribute to respectful, supportive conversation.

Please note:
This is a closed group with limited capacity, allowing for trust, continuity, and deeper peer connection over time.
